Yale Alumni LIVE: FEB CLUB EMERITUS Mardi Gras Inspired Cocktail Class with Brian Hoefling ’12
Join Brian Hoefling ES’12, cocktail writer and president of the Yale Club of Boston for a Mardi Gras history and mixology lesson! He’ll talk you through the origins and proper preparations of three classic New Orleans drinks — the Sazerac, the Vieux Carré, and the Hurricane — while taking your questions on spirits, cocktails, and whatever comes to mind.
Feel free to make the drinks at home as we go, or just kick back and enjoy the show; in the true spirit of Feb Club, what matters most is that you have a good time!
No Facebook? No problem! Register to join us on Zoom.
